Habitat[]
Outlanders can be found throughout Borea on Orbis, inside Outlander encampments – small villages with houses.
Behavior[]
Outlanders usually wear wooden masks.[1]
Outlanders are defensive and territorial.[1]
Outlanders sometimes have rituals, which occur in well-defended encampments and in hidden places.[1]
Outlander rangers hunt different animals, including bisons, for food to supply their tribe with. They use their long-range bows to dispatch the beasts quickly.
Roles[]
- Leaders of Outlander clans can often be found guarding the camp along the walls and watchtowers.[1] These chiefs wear blue armor and hold a shield.
- Outlanders rangers explore the wilderness to hunt animals with their bows or keep watch at the boundaries of Outlander territories.[1]
- Priests bring water magic to bear in defense of their people and act as the leaders of Outlander camps.[1]
- Outlander rangers are responsible for gathering food and protecting Outlander settlements. They wear a unique type of leather armor, including a mask with small horns that are assumed to come from the Bison that they hunt, as well as black fur robes.
- Outlander colossuses are very large and are equipped with a skull battle-axe and have a clawed, blood-stained hand.
Backstory[]
Outlanders are important to the lore and history of Borea, which contains locations such as ancient battlefields and ritual sites.[1]
