Kweebecs are peaceful tree-like NPCs.

Habitat

A group of Kweebecs of different ages in their den.

Kweebecs live in houses built inside and underneath large hollowed-out trees in the Emerald Grove on Orbis.

These dens contain various pieces of furniture such as tables, chests and dressers, all made of wood. The dens are lit up by firefly lanterns.

Kweebecs can also be found inside the Temple of Gaia.

Life cycle

Kweebecs start life as small seedlings. Kweebecs pass through different phases of their life cycle as they age, becoming a child, an adult, and then an elder known as a Treesinger. When Kweebecs age, their movement speed gets slower and slower. The last step of a Kweebec's life cycle is when a Treesinger releases a burst of energy and ceases to move, becoming more treelike in their death. When a Kweebec reaches this form, it drops seeds which go on to create a new generation of Kweebecs.

Behavior

Kweebecs will seek out bright spots and sunbathe.

Interactions

Young Kweebecs can have small rabbits as pets.

Treesingers may tell stories of their parents to young Kweebec saplings.

If a player were to attack Kweebec children, guards called the Razorleaf Rangers will come in to defend the Kweebecs against the opponent.

Equipment

Adult Kweebecs may wear Leaf Armor, and sometimes a Wooden Helmet, and can be equipped with Razor Spears, Rustic Slings, and Firefly Lanterns.
