Two Ferans and a snake.
Ferans are neutral creatures who were previously enslaved by Scaraks.
Habitat[]
Feran housing is typically a small cabin or tent, made out of hide and bones. They seem to live primarily in the Howling Sands on Orbis, making them especially susceptible to the enemy factions living there, specifically Scaraks.
Behavior[]

Concept art for Ferans.
Although Ferans appear to be harmless, they have the ability to defend themselves when they need to. Older, more experienced Ferans may become a Shaman, the defender of the village.
Ferans are, by default, neutral towards the player, but the player's reputation can be improved by offering gifts to the Ferans or by making offerings to their gods.[1]
Appearance[]
Ferans are small creatures that can be found wearing Freedom Bracers on their arms which represent their past enslavement by Scaraks. The bracers are engraved with the symbol for "wind", which represents freedom. Shamans typically wear skull armor: armor made out of wood and bones, topped off with a skull worn as a headdress.
Backstory[]
Ferans used to be enslaved by an enemy faction, Scaraks.
